Nutmeg and Day of Pride Scholars will be submitted for review by the University of Connecticut. To be eligible for this award, students must be a resident of Connecticut and qualify for the Nutmeg or Day of Pride scholarship. Stamps Scholars Awards are awarded to exceptional Connecticut high school seniors. The University of Connecticut is proud to be a Stamps Scholars Program partner. The success of those initial gifts led to partnerships with various universities across the nation, providing millions of dollars in support to high-achieving undergraduate students. Roe Stamps IV began merit scholarship programs at their university alma maters. Funding for enrichment experiences (up to $12,000 per student). Limited to 5 recipients statewide.įull Support Scholarship (tuition, room and board, fees, books, transportation, miscellaneous).
